WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR CHARTER?
YOUR FAIR INCLUDES:
- Fish cleaning
- Each type of fish will be bagged separately
- Rods & Reels : "charter is responsible for any rods/reels they drop overboard!"
- Tackle
- Bait
- Ice Coolers for food and drink - PLEASE DO NOT BRING GLASS BOTTLES ON THE BOAT - CANS OR PLASTIC ONLY
DO I NEED A FISHING LICENSE ON YOUR BOAT?
No. All passengers are covered under our recreational charter boat license.
DO YOU SUPPLY LIVE BAIT?
Live bait is provided only when needed. It depends on the time of year and what we are fishing for... we have live bait pens offshore we will stop at and load up the live wells... as well as all different frozen baits and artificial lures.
SHOULD I TIP?
It is customary to tip 20% of the trip’s fare.
CAN WE KEEP WHAT WE CATCH?
Absolutely! That's the whole idea.
WHAT’S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If your trip has to cancel due to bad weather, rough sea conditions or mechanical issues, we will do our best to reschedule your trip. However, we understand that's not always possible. If a new date cannot be arranged, then we will issue 100% refund.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

When you book your trip we require a 20% deposit either on our website or you can call and do it over the phone. The day of your trip the balance can be paid in cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or credit card. If using a credit card, please note there is a 3.5% additional service charge to cover the credit card fees.

Each trip is different based on the how many miles offshore we are running and the hours of the trip,

CAN I BRING A COOLER ON BOARD?
We provide coolers and ice for you to stow your food and drink.
Please leave your coolers in your vehicle so we can keep deck space free and clear.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON MY TRIP?
***NO GPS DEVICES***
- Seasickness pills or patch
Note: It’s best to take these pills the night before the trip and again before we leave. We cannot provide you with medication. - White-soled sneakers or deck shoes only Note: No black-soled shoes or boots
- Food and drink. PLEASE NO GLASS BOTTLES Note: Please bring only what you need
- Light colored clothes in the warmer months
- Jacket/sweater in the cooler months
- Sunblock NO SPRAY - lotion only
- Hats
- Sunglasses
CAN I BRING MY OWN RODS AND REELS?
You can if you wish (one per angler), but it’s not necessary. We provide them for you.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ABOARD?
PLEASE NO GLASS BOTTLES!! Beer and seltzers, but please consume in moderation and be sure to bring water to stay hydrated.
Drunk or belligerent customers will have the trip cut short or cancelled without a refund.

WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE BEHIND?
Please do not bring any of the following on our boat:
- Illegal drugs or contraband
- Hard liquor....NO GLASS BOTTLES
- Dark or black-soled shoes
- GPS or navigation devices are not allowed
